    Toronto has some crazy adds.
  • Dylan
Does your sex drive suck ad looks like countless ads in the NY subway. Never read the Scott Pilgrim Comics but I'm buying one today.
  • kims
More exciting than Harry Potter. If I were a critic you could quote me on that.
  • Mike
THESE ARE REAL TORONTO ADS. Not Edgar-fied. REAL.
  • Joshua L
    "Hey, don't worry about it."
  • Breanne
Man, your job is so much cooler than mine.
  • Snuffybear
Thought the ads were a summary of current life and times - Frost can usually be found drinking beer - Pegg not getting any as wife's preggers and he's hitting forty and as for Ed - desperately in need of a decent nights sleep half way through filming - bless you - then I saw the books and realised they were just bus signs of no significance - or are they ?????.........
  • Rora
S's for Scott? Ssssss the 1973 movie? Trust the Torontonians, these ads are all real.
  • wendy
I like the beer ad lol
  • Sarah5636
These photos are great love the sleepytime tea, can't wait till im watching the film for about the 10th time & just paying attention to the background detail :)
  • TTC ads. Creative and douchey at the same time.
  • ♥ for Steamwhistle, and sleepy-time tea.
  • Bawpsherep
"Does your Sex Drive suck?"....... OMFG, is this a dig at Clark Duke by Michael Cera?!?!!!111++++ ZOMG!

Joking, of course... Once again Edgar, you astound me with your attention to detail. Wow.
  • Peter
No, the ads are all very real.
  • Mishka
I can't help but notice (and maybe it's just my eyes being funny), but the sleeping bear looks just a leeeeettle bit like Admiral Ackbar. [insert inevitable trap joke here]

Incidentally, I shall take the advice of the first advertisement immediately! Curse the pervasive nature of advertising... *shakes fist*
  • Kyle
It's unbelivable how much detail you're putting into this Edgar.

The Squid better still be in the ending!

    Wait, wrong comic....
  • Tyler Ragan
LOL! Awesome job on the books!
  • James
I love attention to the small details!
  • Holy wow. My brain did not read that as a bear in a cap but rather some deformed bug-like being in a sleeping gown. He's got Admiral Ackbar-like eyes (really the bear's ears).

    ... I can't un-see it.
  • wendy
I'll have what shes having...lol jk
  • adr
Ha! Awesome. Combining the fake ad seen in the book with a local brewery? Awesome once again.
  • Fred
    Yes.
    Just-- yes...

...also, all these pictures leave me wondering how in you guys are into filming...
Which also leads to a natural inquiry, are you "into" it enough as to actually get a trailer at Comic-Con?
  • MonkeyScroll
I don't know what "study" means...
  • Heh, Steep Some Sleep! I love it!
  • Seriously dude, I have a massive Geek Attack every time you post set details. We're of the same school.
  • This. Movie. Is. Going. To. F**king. Rock! :oD
  • Amber BG
    Yep!
  • Michelle
Wow, great detail! I love them. Not the last one so much, because I studied for AP tests for a month straight and those books pretty much sum up my entire experience. And it also reminded me that my finals are next week. And my head just exploded. Thanks.
Oh, and thanks for the photos!
  • Ryan
Those are the books Knives drops when she meets Scott. Very accurate reproductions! Nice work, Edgar.
  • atomsk
is that the tea from Vol 1? and the books that Knives drop off at the library?
  • Jack Bird
I think its the one's she drops on the bus when she first meets Scott, because the advertisements look like there from a bus and so does the floor. :D Btw, im honoured that an English dude is directing Scott Pilgrim! XD
  • Jessica
Complex math? I'm not even good at normal math.

    *Burns all those books.*
  • Mike
Oh, the TTC. How I love thee.
