‘Shaun of the Dead’ Photo-a-day / Shoot Day 30 / June 13th, 2003

That’s right. We still weren’t done with Fairfield Road and the garden scene. Ambitious outdoor filming and the British weather are not the greatest bedfellows.

So we had ourselves another go at throwing multiple objects at Mary & The Hulking Man.

You will be pleased to know that both Nicola Cunningham and Mark Donovan appear in ‘The World’s End’. Keep your eyes peeled for them.

Ah, nice to hear that Mark & Nicola will be back!

    By the way:

For any Melbournians reading - The Astor is screening a double-feature of Shaun of the Dead and Hot Fuzz on September 16th!

Loving these posts..a trip down memory lane. The second photo is a view in the make-up mirror, mid-way through Mark’s prosthetic application. We did go back there a number of times, if memory serves…

I loved the detail of the hulking zombie’s shabby carrier bag, ultimately lost.

Thanks for the heads up, been waiting for them to play them for a while now.

I had heard that there were no longer any prints of Shaun & Fuzz in Australia. I guess (thankfully) that was wrong. Or they got some new prints. Either way I can’t wait to see them on the big screen again!

    The scene that wouldn’t die…
