The Adventures of Tintin

I believe the term is “Blistering barnacles!”

Very excited to be a small part in a huge enterprise like this. Have only seen five finished minutes in 3D, but it was pretty damn gorgeous; a living painting to get lost in.

looks amazing, i loved tintin growing up and i still do! Looks like a genuine homage to the series, i won’t be watching in 3D though…

I’m psyched! Still not sure how I feel about the look of the characters, but I’m sure it’ll grow on me.

I’m also excited that Secret of the Unicorn seems to be the main source for the adaptation, as that was my favorite of the books as a child.

Considering the fact that Tintin was such an integral part of my childhood, knowing that so many talented artists worked on this movie gives me hope that it’ll be truthful to its source material, while still bringing something new to the table.

So yes, colour this French-Canadian excited!

(I wonder, do you know if there’ll be any direct references to its Belgian origins?)

I just find it amazing that you get to be part of a Steven Spielberg film!!

The trailer looks great, but I’ll wait for the final trailer before deciding!

Looking good. Animated film catered to a general audience, but with guns! Perhaps with Spielberg, people will start seeing animated films as any other film…

Are you by any chance going to make an appearence with The Berg the Tintin Comic-
Con panel?  I’d also like to take this chance to shamelessly plug myself. I’ve a short film playing at comic con called ‘To Romero With Love’ (here we are in the schedule:http://www.comic-con.org/cci/cci_iff_sched.php#sat) It’s about Toronto couples that found each other through their love of zombie movies-WRIGHT up your alley…sigh why’d I say that? Here’s our facebook page too: http://www.facebook.com/#!/pages/To-Romero-With-Love/227959447231183.
