Quite simply, this is the best audition tape ever. I give you the 8 year old Abigail Chu as Trasha.

It’s worth pointing out that Abigail learnt the drums just for the audition. And of course, she got the job. I think the bird sealed it.

    Hey Edgar, I would love it if you had a Screening at AMC Lincoln Sq 13 in NYC. We actually played this movie for a whole 5 weeks! It was a very popular movie here. It’s not too expensive to rent out a house either. We have Mic setups and the whole shebang.

    haha, awesome! I believe she is from Markham too! (a town just outside Toronto) where I’m also from. And where you, Edgar, also filmed the arcade/Ninja Ninja Revolution scenes, inside Markville Mall, the local mall just down the street from my parent’s house!

    (p.s. could i possibly have tickets to the Bloor Cinema screening on Nov 5th?….)

        haha, thanks Edgar! i know it was a long shot..just thought i’d try asking anyway.

        I guess i’m going to have to try the best i can to get those tickets, The Beguiling/HMV/camping… I had a blast seeing Shaun and Hot Fuzz with you at The Bloor last year. Really hope I get to see Scott Pilgrim with you too.

        (I hope to see myself in the blu-ray version as well)
