I was working at the theatre that night and saw this show. It was also the night I got to meet you (I still talk about it to this day). I felt like I blushed and gushed a bit like a creepy fanboy. That was the same night my friend, and fellow performer, asked Michael Cera if he was a student at UCB. How he didn't know of Michael Cera is beyond me. We still pick on him for it.

When you're in Little Rock, you simply MUST check out a delightful little park called Knoop, which is located in the Hillcrest neighborhood. It's got a pretty impressive panoramic view of most of the city, but the real attraction is something my girlfriend pointed out to me – on the uppermost tier of the cement/rock surfaces, there is a specific spot (there's two outlined footprints on the ground, so that you can stand in the right spot easily) which some of the locals refer to as “Echo Rock.” If you plant your feet directly in the outlined footprints, and simply speak, or yell, or whatever you please, it brings out the acoustics in the nestled little area. Move a foot or two, and you sound normal. But in that spot, you sound like some sort of monster. It's truly bad ass. Also, I may or may not have fallen in love at Knoop as well. Maybe some of my good fortune has lingered?

I'm not too pleased about this 11th Doctor business. I'm sure it'll be fine, but David Tennant did a ridiculously great job at Doctor #10. I'll miss him…
